Common Return Questions
Need to Return a Product?
Accidents happen, any faulty or leaky goods will be replaced by us, no questions asked. YOU MUST HOWEVER PROVIDE US WITH PHOTO EVIDENCE OF FAULTY OR LEAKY PRODUCTS.
All approved Returns will be replaced with new products or equivalent store credit. PLEASE WAIT TO RECEIVE YOUR RETURN APPROVAL BEFORE SENDING US YOUR GOODS.
For all other products, you are able to return within 45 days of receipt of your shipment for any of the following reasons:
- faulty products
- incorrect order
Standard Return Conditions
All returns must be:
- in original condition
- all seals must be intact and product unopened
Are there any charges for Returns?
- all returns must be at your own cost
How do I return?
- Email your order number to sales@manukaperformance.com with the subject “RETURN”
- Once we have approved your request you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
- PLEASE NOTE: Manuka Performance Limited is not liable for the loss of items being returned and strongly recommends using a traceable delivery method.
